Trim-Pac’s die cutting services offers our customers unique and precise packaging solutions. Our platen bed die cutting process can hold tolerances as low as 1/32”, which is perfect for applications where precision is critical.
With our quick setup procedures, Trim-Pac is able to manufacture small, medium, and truck load die cut orders with fast turnaround and delivery. We work directly with our die suppliers to ensure quality dies for all of our runs.
The die cut department has capabilities of producing part sizes up to 29” x 29”. We die cut corrugated sheets, paperboard from .016” to .065”, and pasted chip from .070” to .225” in thickness. We also have the capability to die cut some types of rubber and foam. Ask us one die cut products could be right for you!
